God’s Kingdom Tapestry

A beautiful tapestry woven by Him,
With our earthly eyes at first appears dim.

The threads of His handiwork are His children, you see,
But the place where He weaves is a sovereign decree.

So whether you’re here or perhaps over there,
God’s mighty hand will weave you with care.

And if He unravels and changes the weave,
It’s the pattern He’s changing, just trust and believe.

The place in the fabric where there’s no thread to weave,
He’s already planned how to best meet that need.

So when changes are made in the work of His hand,
It’s His kingdom work we must understand.

Yes, a hole will remain when He’s told you to go,
But God, the great weaver knows best how to sew!
